The bids keep me really bullish and not afraid for a deep correction. These are guys chasing the price a great indicator that there was a lot of money on the sidelines all that time waiting for a moment to get in.
These breakouts are also breakaways.

They serve the decisive strong hands that buy by forcing the indecisive weak into having to buy at elevated prices.

It's a really good sign, this type of buying.

Only coins bought between november 2013 and november 2014 are still in the red.

I dont see a lot of liquidity on the exchanges compared to ask... could be we are in for a small pop soon
If you know me you know I make a call about once or twice a year. So I'll take credit for this one. ;)Although I must admit I was thinking up to the mid 300s...

EDIT: quote is from oct 13...

LOL! mid 300s suddenly looking possible too! Although at this point I don't think it'll stay there for long. I think that this pullback is going to be a great platform for further price rises.

Yes, the drop was just a five hours setback. It's actually a huge beartrap where large amounts of money and bitcoin changed hands ;)

Huobi going crazy and approaching 3050 which is 61.8% off its ATH.

I can't understand why btce sellers are dumping coins at $50 below finex and stamp. Wouldn't it make sense just to open an account at a different exchange to sell and park the fiat? If fiat is wanted later then re-buy and move the coins back to btce... What am I missing?

@solex
I think arbitrage is easier said than done. Because it takes days to move fiat. And you may also need to exchange between two different fiats. To a rate that is always higher than the official rate, in my experience.

An arbitrage setup might also require you to keep some of your money in fiat on exchanges. That is not what you want in a bull run like now.

@Bagatell
Way too complicated for me too. I thought the other day that these price differences could be exploited with litecoin, but that doesn't work because bitcoin/litecoin ratio is almost the same on all exhanges.

I'll just stick with my hodl & popcorn strategy ;)
