Next move: Down to $550 around 1st of August.
However: At the end of August expect Bitcoin to hit $1000+

@adamstgbit : why the heck were you so against a fork when we started working on it earlier this year? The talk coming from you was "THIS MEANS WAR", ra ra ra.

What happened that you're now supporting the idea?

Help me understand.

Oh shit, BTC under $600 again.

It's good to see on Reddit after a 5 month hiatus. It seems something has shocked you into action.

i want bitcoin to succeed.

IDK what the best way forward is, but I like options...
try to force your view on me ( WAR ) , and i will reject it off hand.
present me with a viable alternative and i'll consider it.
In the end, i will side with majority and simply ignore the losers.

idk how to make my though process clear, it is constantly changing, and i have not formed a concrete opinion. all i can do is tell you what i'm thinking.

I've tried before explaining to you that a hard fork is a choice.
It is you who went with 'this is it boys, this is war", and suggested to expect DDOS's and other things which were tried out on XT, Classic, ...

Remember that.

@freetrader

make me believe its a choice, and give me time to look over exactly what you're proposing before you fork off.
its all about percetion, i may perceive this fork to be a FAIL attempt at a hostile take over Or i may perceive it as a choice.
it depends on how its presented to me, and how i interpret that presentation.
you can use your silly logic all day long, its not going to make a dif.

I want poeple to perceive it as a choice rather then a hostile act. how do we do that? IDK...

maybe you could present me with a nice infographic with some basic reasons why you want to fork, what exactly your proposal is, why you think its better then cores proposal. have detailed road map. IDK but i think step one is to educate. not be like " ok well we forked it, you have a choice to make now Muahahaha "
[doublepost=1470167751][/doublepost]let me know when the "bitcoinfork.com" website is up.

algo change will be impossible to sell.
you guys are creating an altcoin by bypassing the consensus mechanism.
you talk about choice and give miner no choice.
[doublepost=1470169253][/doublepost]
How does the general public regard the ETH/ETC fork?
not sure.

but just because they (ETC) had some success doesn't mean any fork will have success
[doublepost=1470169481][/doublepost]HOLY SHIT, i was refreshing bitfinex charts which dont seem to be updating anymore.

mega crash!

To whom?

You can call it that way, other suggested spin-off. Where is the problem?

you talk about choice and give miner no choice.
They had plenty of choices, they chose this way.

blood everywhere.
At least one assessment I share. ;)

Security breach on Bitfinex
Today we discovered a security breach that requires us to halt all trading on Bitfinex, as well as halt all digital token deposits to and withdrawals from Bitfinex.

WOW shit son thats why.
