@sickpig

Good to see masterluc is on board...though it's a little disconcerting how much agreement there is on this. Maybe it's just among us old-timers?

Also, very short term does anyone else think we might retest $600ish before continuing? I don't usually look at short term moves, but the thread could use some livening up.

Gravitating to 666 again?! Man, I'm starting to think someone has a sick sense of humour and way too much money.

Yeah, i do think it's mostly (older) bitcoiners who experienced the previous bubbles who agree on this. The rest of the world/market still thinks bitcoin is dead currently probably.

Nice \o/

Actually, now that I think about it, I was originally planning on some improvements to Chartbuddy that were brought to a halt when BCT went to the image proxy. I may have to revisit those.

Good morning Bitcoinland.

I see we had a little correction overnight but are back above where we were at this time yesterday.

Profit-taking, long squeeze, or just an over-reaction to the news of the DAO hack?

Chartbuddy seems to be AWOL. What's up Richy?

Re. the whole ether thing.. The fact that one guy has so much potency should be evidence enough of the dangers.

Grass root sentiment is strong with bitcoin in China. Just profit lockers swinging those hammers

Anyone know what's up with BitcoinWisdom? It seems that the exchanges and markets listed haven't been updated in a very long time (eg. no Etherium markets listed).

Can anyone recommend a similar site that lists more up-to-date markets?

Feels so long ago when $480 was a pain in the ass resistance. I remember saying I would cash out by $730, but I decided to hold on to 45% of what I started with when this rally began. I did away with the mega-targets I had and cashed out small amounts going up to $730. The pre-halving pump really came through for me. I want to see that pre-halving dump.

I'm thinking of shorting. I love bitcoin, I know for a fact that it has a future... but it looks a bit too over-bought. This is a halving year, so you never know. I honestly think we can test the ATH, but not move past it this year. Possibly 2017? We'll see.
[doublepost=1466295988,1466295237][/doublepost]also, remember this?

the halving is close and nears
at this time it appears ? there is a lot of buying of coins , say in china ?
this is leading to a nice up swing in btc prices ??
----------------------------------------------------------
when the halving takes place very soon
there may be less coins to buy or less buying ? ? ? ?
which is a worry because the frenzy in china is pushing up the price
(so with less buying) will that lead to higher prices ? or will it crash ?
or will the holders of coins fill that void as they sell to buyers ??????????
with good demand for coins and less coins being made what happens ?
could right now be close to the top floor ?
----------------------------------------------------
can anyone say for shore that when the having takes place btc prices will go up ? ????
----------------------------------------------------
jest some speculation and i so-pose we will have the answer very soon one way or another
not to be a downer as the up rise then stable then up rise again are very nice
[doublepost=1466369923][/doublepost]also /\ i would like to see the next leg up coming as they all have the begging of each week like say Monday or so
the pre-halving hype the buying spree in china === to drive us into the 800-s
or higher of-course
would be nice
