only problem is i see no way to lock the thread.

altho i guess it wouldn't be horrible to have discussion in that thread. but i do wish i could lock threads...

To me, this is just semantics. I think we all know what we mean by full blocks (i.e. nearly 1000000 bytes in size).
It's way more than semantic, to a technician or a utilitarian it's largely irrelevant.

Make no mistake it's framing! it's affecting the conversation. If we kept talking about how limiting transaction volume is limiting growth the block limit conversation would have a differe tone it would be framed difficulty.

But we're not, we're talking about full blocks are they a problem or not.

This framing has an impact on how most think. For you it may be irrelevant but for the casual observe it has an impact.
