seriously, bloomie? nobody in these pages argued for a person. there most certainly was no fandom. we argued for a tech. we ignored the high school stuff. we stuck with the original bitcoin. and you know what? as of today, the tech stands -- and scales. all the rest became exceedingly boring and useless chatter long ago, fed by latecomers that never made money in this space. all that will eventually die out with a wimper and people will have shamefully wasted ten years of their attention spewing nonsense and hoping for a lottery win.
the claim was, and is, that if the blockchain technology that brought us here in the first place ever does take hold, it will be bitcoin. and bitcoin is not Segwit-BTC, it is not BCH du jour, it is not ecash, and it is not NEXA.
