@Inca
I can't believe anybody will pay USD 675 for a bitcoin that can only do 3tx/s. But I'm sure it will work out in the end.

We shot by 4444 CNY too another inauspicious number for the superstitious Chinese it's related to death - and more so than just 4 but 4 four times.

Oooo creepy. I bet we never see it again it's such a horrible number.

My play stash was eaten up despite sell orders being 10% over market when I placed them.

I'm supporting a new floor now :):mad:

Simple answer. Don't go to sleep. This had happened to me many times before in Bitcoin.

I have to go to bed now. But I wonder what the price is tomorrow when I wake up!

Something I've been wondering about is bitfinex volume. Is it what we see reported all completely legitimate? That exchange has certainly picked up in volume this past year, and the past few weeks has been insane (around 30k BTC, or $15 mil a day, on average in trading volume)

A treat for @Melbustus here.
The goal is to see Bitcoin at the top of this graphic (and a yellow B instead of the UN thing). It is still possible but the probability of it slips a little lower every day that Team Dipshits United and the Coreblockers block the stream.

Yes, amazing stupidity.

And one wonders about the bigger block position?
[doublepost=1465804700][/doublepost]It's real.

Of course the bitfinex trading volume is real - each trade has cost, unlike the Chinese exchanges which lack trading fees giving rise to volume which is impossible to interpret (the media see this as incorrectly meaning 99.5% of trading takes place in China..).

I think 700 falls today and then we start to see a mania once again. So far this move has been so fast there hasn't been any real coverage. That will soon change and could in fact propel this rally much higher than anyone was expecting as it exits stealth mode.

edit: still 7300 shorts on finex, presumably held by miners hedging their output, who still haven't budged, who else would be mad enough to keep a short open when the price has nearly doubled..

edit2: @Dusty according to google trends this rally hasn't even got started yet..

Look, I think Bitcoin is the People's Money.

That pretty much sums up the difference between our view and kore devs. How many times have you heard every small blockists but especially Adam, Luke, & nullc say the masses can't be trusted? Or that this is a technical matter (all 30 kore devs agree this we have consensus!) , or that the minority can't be controlled by the majority (which is exactly the opposite situation in authoritative regimes where a privileged minority controls the majority and is what we currently have in Bitcoin) ?
