Advance notice for membership vote on BU Improvement Processes​

The technical BUIPS listed below will have all reached the end of their 14-day period for comment by 29th April 2016. Voting on the 29th will be by marking the BUIP threads as open and inviting replies in a voting thread.

New technical BUIPS are still welcomed and can be added to this vote, but the last possible date is April 15th, because of the necessary two-week period for public comment after Developer review.

BUIP016: Consensus with Classic on txn size limit

BUIP017: Datastream Compression

BUIP018: Bitnodes Seeding and User-Configurable DNS Seeds

A further BUIP will be created with a new members list before voting:

Hi @solex, can you please remove BUIP015 from voting? It's still a draft for discussion and should remain until sentiment across the Bitcoin community begins to move in the direction of a POW change. Thanks.

Yep. It would likely get shot down at the present time. Hopefully the block limit impasse is resolved well before BUIP015 is needed.
