A BIP 101 block was mined by multipool within 1 minute of

Tue, 15 Sep 2015 08:02:59 GMT

It was orphaned by a BTCChina block that was RECEIVED by dispersed nodes within 2 seconds of

Tue, 15 Sep 2015 08:08:57 GMT

... at least 5 minutes later. That's a long time for a block to exist without being built on.

It is unclear why this block propagated almost not at all. Adam at multipool reports that he was connected to 8 remote nodes at the time (but no longer has their IPs). I received the block directly from him via email.

Blockchain.info is very well connected and lists the orphans it sees.
e.g. 374564.
But there is no 2nd entry for 374611

So it seems the multipool one did not propagate far.
