• added a workaround for new AMD GPU drivers.
• fixed common OpenCL code for AMD Navi GPUs.
• added RandomX JIT for AMD Navi GPUs.
• Added information about the health of AMD GPUs (clock / power / fan / temperature) via ADL (Windows) and sysfs (Linux).
• fixed possible overflow of the nicehash one-time number in some conditions.
• fixed the wrong OpenCL platform in macOS, the platform option is now ignored in this OS.
