Yes, indeed. This is only while the vote is open. It rarely happens and I agree we want to be sympathetic to help in case of an error, especially as members contribute their own time to participate in the first place.

Sorry, let me clarify. I always interpreted the vote finality rule as "Once the vote closes, it is final. If you made a mistake and did not notice it until after the vote closed it is too late"
