Paul, the chief investment officer at crypto hedge fund Blocktower Capital, said that his firm estimates that less than 1 percent of the world’s population has been onboarded into the bitcoin ecosystem. By this metric, bitcoin usage is at roughly the same level as the internet in 1994.
