From 1st October localbitcoins requires ID verification in order to sell/buy BTC on their platform (KYC/AML) so good bye anonymous trading. But there is good alternative - local.bitcoin.com
As you can see even name is similar. It is real decentralized P2P exchange with escrow and no id verification. Here you can watch short review:

Do they let you buy btc though? Bitcoin.com is known for selling other versions of bitcoin
