I am in favour of paying the taxes in cryptocurrency. But the taxes should be in a region that it doesn't discourage the people from investing in it. Another thing that i don't want to see in the cryptocurrency market is the involvement of banks. I don't trust the banks. They always exploit the middle and poor class.

This thread is for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency users and investors to discuss the tax implications of transacting with and holding coins. The discussion should be particularly useful to users who live in jurisdictions with rigid tax regimes, such as the United States and much of Europe.

Feel free to share news articles, research, theory, arguments, and use cases related to cryptocurrencies and tax in this thread.

While information provided here should not be construed as tax advice, we welcome your ideas, observations, and strategies, and look forward to working together in developing a bank of knowledge in this field. Personal tax advisor near me go to site Your Books On Time.

IRS estimates that there is north of 1 trillion dollars in unpaid crypto taxes in the US and they are making it a priority to go after this money. Pay your taxes, it will eventually catch up with you if you aren't.
