This is a brainstorm idea, that comes from another altcoin (Raiblocks)
What do you think on the possibility of adding a way to make tx with 0 fee, but that they will require a little POW (related to the single tx) to get confirmed from the other nodes?
This will be something added to the current mining system, so the user will still be able to choose if paying the fee to the miners, or generating the pow for the single tx.
Problem: Which is the cost of this little pow x tx?
I think that this should be chosen through a POS votation.
The hash function can also be different than SHA256.
