There is still a huge amount to do to realise the end goal of what PayFair aims to be. Alongside these improvements, further Crypto to FIAT pairings will be offered based on the previous community vote and through the suggestions portal within the Trust-Node dashboard.

As you are all aware, this is day one of a brand new platform. The team have tested, retested and had external experts review each process. However, with anything new, there may be a few bugs or bumps along the way. Should you encounter any platform issues, please write about this to me

Please note: there may be minor delays in withdrawing and deposit funds in the beginning. This is due to the team stress testing the platform to find the most optimal way of dealing with high load, something that is difficult to simulate in a test environment.

Here are some notes that we hope will help you solve some problems that have arisen on platform (and answer some questions):
We are currently having technical difficulties with the withdrawal and deposit system.
However, all crypto is safe and your funds are secured.
We are working on the system as we speak and will have it up and running as soon as possible!

NOTICE TO ALL ESCROW NODE HOLDERS
In order for your PFR to display within your Escrow Node Wallet, you must have a minimum of 0.005 ETH for Gas.
In the future we will automate this and it will no longer be needed.
If you are having display issues, please make sure you have 0.005 ETH within your ETH Escrow-Node Wallet.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATIONS
You must create a separate account for each dashboard you intend to use (client, trust-node and escrow-node).
You are able to use the same email address, however the user name must be different.
NOTICE TO ALL ESCROW-NODES
The power to determine an outcome should not be taken lightly.
As such, we have created the Escrow-Node: Best Practice guidelines:

These guidelines provide a short, but sweet, summary of the principles and process that you are expected to follow when resolving a dispute.
These guidelines will be integrated into the Escrow-Node dashboard shortly.
Cannot Login?
Each dashboard requires a different login.
You can use the same email on all accounts, but you must have a different username.
All DEMO accounts have been deleted and will need to be re-registered, and all email verifications have now been fixed.
Bugs remain in the 2FA system and password reset, we are working our way around to patching these and will be resolved soon.
