Descriptions of presentations on the website www.onchainscaling.com
There are many interesting approaches to scaling involving offchain or secondary layer networks, however onchain innovations have a direct effect on growing network adoption in the nearterm without introducing new economic variables.
As Bitcoin is a global phenomenon which aims to serve the underserved, this OnChain Scaling event will be held entirely online through virtual presence, in order to be accommodating and accessible to all netizens, citizens of the internet. Bitcoin is money for the internet, for those without sovereignty, and so internet access is all that is required to attend these townhalls. We don't want to push out interested parties just because they can't afford to travel halfway around the globe.
