Update v10

1. A new template for the entire site has been added.
The new template has more color schemes and the ability to switch the theme between light and dark.
The user panel template is identical to the rest of the pages.
You can see how the new template works on the demo version.

2. Added payment system APIs: Betatransfer, Payin-Payout, PayzTeam.

3. Added a copy of the Cryptomus API for the Heleket domain (bitcoin_heleket).

4. Added setting for the number of decimal places for payment system amounts.

5. Added a file for individual language variables.

6. Payment system settings have been added - whether a payment receipt file will be requested to be downloaded before confirming payment for the application.

7. Updated Garantex source.

8. Changes in API:
8.1. Added a link to the invoice in the response of the details method.
8.2. In the request to the withdraw method, the amount parameter is now specified in the balance currency.
8.3. Added the ability to create a payout (withdraw) in semi-automatic mode.
8.4. New status: Paid - the transaction was paid, but the payout was not made (semi-automatic mode).

9. Added the ability to change the transaction status in the admin panel even after it was completed or canceled.

10. Added the ability to change the currency of system payment systems.

11. Hiding payment systems on the main page that do not have available directions for the current users group.

12. QR code generation has been changed to a local function.

13. The range of supported PHP versions has been expanded: 7.4, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 (requires ionCube Loader of the corresponding version).

Update v10.1

1. Added amt_from and amt_to variables to the site url (Bestchange functionality).

2. Rapira API has been supplemented with auto-payouts.

3. Supplemented manager rights settings.

4. Added the ability to create a unique url for static pages.

5. Added the ability to enter the "Receive" amount in the Telegram bot.

6. Added uploading of receipts in the Telegram bot, if the corresponding option is enabled.

7. Updated exchange rate sources:
- Garantex has been replaced with Grinex.
- Reworked and updated: Binance, Bitdelta, Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Blockchain, Exmo, Okcoin, Poloniex, Privat24.
- Removed: Bittrex, Cryptonator, Localbitcoins, Kuna.
- Updated lists of supported currencies for all sources.

8. Minor additions and fixes:
- Fixed display of additional fields with select, radio and checkbox types in the Telegram bot.
- Added automatic refunding from the balance when canceling a completed exchange to the balance.
- Correct display of a large amount of groups in the direction settings.
- Correct return to changing exchange data in the template with the form (return from the second to the first step of the exchange).
- Fixes for automatic payments of the WebMoney API.
- Limiting the frequency of sending letters about file changes on the server (spam protection), messages in Telegram bot without restrictions.
- Adjustment of min/max exchange amounts in Telegram bot.
- Adjustment of calculator when entering the amount "Receive".
- Corrections in templates.
