Looks like Coinbase has rolled out CC / Debit options in more countries

I just saw that it's now available for me (Austria), but there's no announcement so far.

I think I am going to give it a try if I need BTC again. Does anybody know if the VISA / MC option allows you to buy BTC instantly? Also: what are the fees?
