Members are allowed to advertise their projects on the forum, but it's a little bold to join a community just to post an advertisement. Many people consider this practice spam, and many posts of this nature also happen to be directed at scamming the public.

Since your post is about a legitimate service, there is no need to delete it. But generally, companies that have advertising budgets should support the forum and purchase a sponsored thread.
