Bitcoin Classic wants to fork on 01.06.2017

Oliver Janssens has published a blog entry stating that Bitcoin Classic will fork:

I'm not sure if I should believe it.

I think we can get enough hashpower to do a majority fork, but if we can't in a reasonable amount of time, this should be an option. I don't want to spend 1, 2$ fees on my coffee forever.

I agree that should we not manage to do a majority fork the minority fork might be the only solution.
I just fear that the hash rate would be way too small and the majority will attack.

For sure the majority will attack.
IMHO minority fork just looks like a trouble maker for the community.
