Membersheep was founded to improve the international e-commerce B2B market and ensure transaction security & reliability. The founder and CEO Jeremy Kim is a serial entrepreneur from South Korea. After visiting the LA Fashion District, he witnessed first hand the number of new unique brands with great quality products. Jeremy found that these brands had difficulty selling their products overseas and was very aware that, as the GDP in many Asian countries continue to increase (particularly in China), there is an increasing demand there for higher quality, premium products from the US and EU. Membersheep was founded to link brands and bring them into the Asian market using blockchain technology for speed, efficiency and trust.
About The Team
Jeremy Kim is the founder and CEO of Membersheep. He is a serial entrepreneur. Studied business at Yonsei University School of Business (South Korea) and worked in the IT industry for 8 years. He founded/co-founded 3 e-commerce startups in Silicon Valley /Hong Kong. He previously worked at LVMH and Groupon.
Jack Shi, CTO. Previously a Java Engineer for 9 years and then Blockchain Engineer for 5 years. Worked at China Ping An (insurance company) and Sinosoft.
Membersheep now has 15 employees across Hong Kong and Shanghai and is quickly growing to facilitate its international expansion. The team all have experience in blockchain and/or e-commerce, previously working at companies including Uber, Kia Motors and FIFA.
