I created a 2-sig wallet to make an online purchase of a service. I am about to fund the wallet and wondered if the vendor does not provide the service, how do I/can I retrieve my coin?

There is no charge-back option in Bitcoin. Once you have sent the bitcoins to someone else it is theirs.

If you fear the vendor could keep your bitcoins and not provide the service than you need to use an escrow service.
