What is the moderator policy at bitco.in/forums?

This forum is founded on the idea that you shouldn't censor or ban people for disagreeing with you, especially in a community like Bitcoin, where disagreement is pretty much inevitable.

I don't see why we can't try something like voting for moderators, similar to how it works in some subreddits.

What law applies here? (I guess it's U.S. law? Depends on where the owner of the forum lives, I guess that's you @Bloomie)

How do you plan to deal with harassment?

I think it would be nice if we could put together some rules (e.g. posting cp: banned forever, sending unsolicited private messages: depending on content and # of violations, etc.)
