I will manually adjust the totals to reflect your modified vote above. We are wary of attempting a change in the voting system while a vote is in progress as there is a non-zero risk of disrupting its functionality.

How can it be that the quorum has been reached for BUIP091 at 18 votes but not for BUIP094 at 19 votes.

A mystery of the voting system?

@freetrader, yes indeed. The quorum is 22 at 50% turnout, or 11 and 75% of vote for, so this is an intermittent error.
Edit: also 75% at 25% turnout.

I can't see BUIP069 on https://www.bitcoinunlimited.info/voting/ so I can't vote on it. Can someone please add BUIP069 so it becomes possible to vote on it?

A general tip on voting on new members if you use a Trezor to sign your votes:

Trezor has a limit on how many characters it can sign, so you have to vote on each member separately. Select "skip" on the rest of the members each time you vote.

It fails to sign if the text has too many characters.

It is true that this is barely the 31. August on the west coast.
But this was announced since the start and it is the same amount of time for everyone so I think it is fair.
