I am looking to buy large quantities of bitcoin in Dubai. I have daily requirement of 100btc. I will pay cash to buy the coins.

Can't you just buy some bitcoins through some kind of market or exchange point online? It's a digital currency afterall, that's why it's pointless to buy it from someone online.
