Problem when connecting to https://bitco.in

Hello.
I didn't find the webmaster address, so...
When I try to connect to https://bitco.in from a server hosted in online.net, the connection fails : no answer to my SYN packet.
The hosting team told me that, due to some abuse, my IP is in a range banned by bitco.in.
What can I do to remove my IP from the list ?

If you have a bad IP, then nothing can be done. Get a new IP.

What is a bad IP ? AFAIK an IP can be listed in a black list and can be removed from it. I got the server 3 weeks ago with its IP. It's a full node and I'd like to be able to download the releases. Not more.

Those should be available even if you can't access bitco.in due to some IP problem.
