P2PKH OR P2SH HELP NEEDED

I am trying to withdraw from a casino in Bitcoin. I have my wallet and coinbase all set up. But it says my crypto address needs to start with #1 or #3. Neither of them worked. It also says to supply the crypyo address in a P2PKH OR P2SH. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This bitcoin stuff is all new to me.
