My laptop has a new hard disk. Before that I had Electrum installed on my Windows 7. Then i installed a new Electrum using my old seed and old password but this new Electrum does not show my previous balance and all transactions.
The circle icon in the bottom right is green. This means the Electrum has synchronized with the network.
