• You can either commit MX or USDT to subscribe to the token allocation.
• MEXC will record users' MX holdings and USDT holdings for 4 days, from 2022-09-23 16:00 - 2022-09-27 15:59 (UTC). The max amount of MX or USDT you can commit depends on the daily average balance of MX or USDT in your Spot Wallet over the snapshot period.

Daily Position Calculation:

• Daily average position of MX = Sum of smallest MX positions held during 4 days/4 days
• Daily average position of USDT = Sum of smallest USDT positions held during 4 days/4 days

MEXC will record the user’s MX and USDT holdings during the snapshot period.
Users must meet the minimum average daily holding amount during the snapshot period.

2. Subscription Period: 2022-09-27 21:00 - 2022-09-28 09:00 (UTC)

• Subscription will open at this time for all eligible users.
• You must click on the button to commit a certain amount of MX or USDT towards the new project during the subscription period.
• Please note that once committed, your MX or USDT will be locked and you will not be able to redeem or access any other functions such as transfers, withdrawals, or trading until final token distribution.

3. Distribution Time: 2022-09-28 10:30 (UTC)

For the MX Session:

• The initial rough calculation of each participant’s final token allocation is: (Individual committed MX/ Total committed MX by all participants) * 800,000 KOSON
• The amount of MX to be deducted = (participant’s final token allocation *0.1 USDT) / MX average price.
• The average price of MX will be the average closing price from September 24 to September 27 based on the UTC+8 time zone.

For the USDT Session:

• The initial rough calculation of each participant’s final token allocation is: Individual committed USDT/ Total USDT committed by all participants) * 200,000 KOSON
• The amount of USDT to be deducted= Participant’s final token allocation *0.1 USDT.

4. KOSON/USDT Trading: 2022-09-29 12:00 (UTC)

5. KOSON deposits: To be confirmed

6. KOSON withdrawals: 2022-09-30 12:00 (UTC)

• To ensure the fairness of all participants, once the users have clicked and agreed to participate in the drawing, the corresponding MX/USDT tokens in the user’s account will be locked. The locked tokens during the event period will not be withdrawable or traded. Please participate at your own discretion.
