An article I read said that there will be Incentivised Nodes for Bitcoin Unlimited. Anyone here have more info on that and when it might be implemented?

I don't think this is more than an idea currently.
In Satoshi's Bitcoin the incentive to run a node was mining. Since mining and running a node have been decoupled, the incentive o run a node has become one of the hardest problems of Bitcoin. Maybe some kind of API-services (pushtx, explorer blocks) could help. Mostly the infrastructure for this exists with the RPC-API (while it is some kind of clumsy), but the problem is how to route payments ...
