This is nothing serious, but I notices I am doing a few extra clicks and maybe this could be optimized:
If I land on page 1 of the gold thread (e.g. from regularly checking a bookmark that goes to the thread and not a particular post), I would like to immediately go to the second- or third-last page on that thread (to make sure I catch up with all discussion). However, only the last page is shown and I need to do another click to go back one page.
