Hello everyone,

I need some advice here. I am very new to bitcoins. I have a couple of questions in terms of trading on coinfloor.

Today I bought some bitcoins on coinfloor around 10am, which was fine and smooth. However, when I tried to withdraw them to my bitcoin wallet everything went wrong. According to them, under 10 bitcoins, it takes 10 minutes up to 1.5 hour. However, now it has been almost 6 hours and the coins still have not been released. It didn't appear on the blockexplorer.

As you already knew the bitcoin price dropped significantly in the last few hours. I lost a lot of money because their delay. I tried to email them and only got automatic reply.

I believe this is a fraud operation. Coinfloor should take responsibility for this.

My questions are as follow:

1. Is it possible to sue Coinfloor for their mal-operattion?

2. If so, what is the best way to do so?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Regards
Jackie

There are people that can win a whole fortune from a company by court, because their product took very long to upload. That's why it's important to establish your position correctly.

You can sue anyone in the world if you are on the path of righteousness. But before suing anyone, you need to remember that trials takes months and even years to resolve. Try contacting their support first and see how it goes. Otherwise, you have the suing power.

I advise you to solve your conflicts with them directly. The court proceedings takes a lot of time and you will waste a lot of time. Contact them with your lawyer and see their response. If they don't respond you nicely, then you can use the sue option.

My advise is to not go to court. You will waste a lot of time in the court proceedings. You should remain calm and collective. You should directly contact them and try out to sort out the matter. I hope that all the wrongdoings will be corrected and justice will prevail.
