Dude, you need people who are directly involved in promoting your business. There are specialized companies that do this. I have not worked with such agencies, but I know guys who are well versed in paperwork and make a full package of documents for registering an offshore company. If you are new to this, they will even help with the company's development plan for the next year. Two of my classmates used their services and it was this agency that helped them avoid fines and problems when registering. Soon I also think to start my own business and most likely I will use their services .. I will work exclusively in the Bahamas and open a company there because the government provides very favorable conditions and they can help with the panama company registration .
