I need help

My name is Axel Janssen. Ive been a trader for the past 9 years and in the crypto business also. I worked for my dad, we had a meeting with a guy that wanted to sell us bitcoin. We met with him and he was a nice guy. Thats what we thought. We gave him the money for the bitcoins and he sended me the bitcoins but as soon as i wanted to transver the money to my other wallet it didnt work. Like i didnt even have the coins. But i saw with my own eyes that i had them. So please if someone can explain it to me i would appriciate it. Unfortunatly i lost 700k.
