Has anyone experienced this problem trying to sign into his/her Bitcoinwallet.com account? (Error. This Account is not Active). Yesterday, I sent some funds from my Bitcoin Wallet to an External Wallet but when I tried to log in after some hours it popped us a message that Error. This Account is not Active. From my research, I learned that my account could be frozen and if that was the case would my account be unfrozen. If yes, how many days would it take Bitcoin to unfreeze my account?
I would appreciate messages from people to guide me on what to do.
