How to enable HT for Xeon?

I'm use Xeon 2658V3 and this is not good but interested use this CPU 24+ hours with Hyper Trading becouse without HT - big loss ...
p.s. I'm know that GPU and ASIC can do more, but this CPU not bad. I'm want to get full potential. Result of my test here.

How to enable HT?
