Hi, i tried to buy bitcoins with cex.io and this page does not allow me. I used Skrill and paypal to buy bitcoins in localbitcoins. But i need more another alternatives, because my Skrill account was banned and bitcoins in paypal are expensive. Do you know a way to do it? thanks!
