Coinbase: Verify on Android Phone?

Hi,

On an Android phone, I attempt to log into coinbase. It asks for verification code. I receive the text.
I exit CB and open texts, write down the code. Return to CB and the verification screen is gone.
It's a never ending loop.

Any ideas how to fix?

probably it's worth reinstalling the password to avoid problems with entering. Is it possible at this stage?
