not sure what you text in OP has to do with BIP9

is BIP9 implemented and used yet?
is there a site that shows the version bits set on each block?

Question on my mind: Is the version bit for SegWit determined yet?

It would be nice to have a site like @adamstgbit suggests, also listing all the planned soft-forks in the pipeline that do not yet have their bits assigned.
