WePower is starting its second Official Bounty Program in order to reward its supporters with more WPR tokens.
WePower Bounty Program is designed to put the word out about the company’s values, goals and progress. We welcome you to participate in this program in one or several campaigns, which are to your liking. WePower rewards bounty program participants according to their activity and the rules of the campaign they choose.
1.5% of all raised tokens will be allocated to the Bounty Program but will not exceed 525,000 USD in WPR tokens.
The program will run until the end of the Token Sale. The bounties will be paid within 30 days after the end of the Token Sale.

QUALITY POOL: 10%
WePower reserves the right to distribute 10% of the bounty allocation in a form of quality pool. Quality pool is built to reward the best performing WePower translators and moderators of community channels. It will be allocated only to the members of Translators and Moderators campaigns. The tokens will be assigned at the sole discretion of WePower team and AmaZix.
Quality pool reserve will be allocated based on the following criteria:
1. Speed of translations - how fast translations are submitted below the mandatory 24h hour threshold per piece of content. WePower reserves the right to check each translation and eliminate members using translation software.
2. Proactive approach - how proactive is the community manager or translator in creating WePower content in the local language and/or engaging local crypto community blogs, portals, social networks and/or potential contributors. Before engaging in the local communities, community managers must provide the list of channels where these actions take place. If possible (i.e. channel technical structure supports that) provide direct links to posts, articles, threads and other proof of action.
3. Community engagement quality - besides the base fee, moderators will be rewarded extra for the quality of their efforts. Extra efforts could be included as lengthy conversations, speed of answers, clear communication, steady content sharing according to instructions of WePower team and/or AmaZix instructions.
Quality pool allocation distribution will be announced on the official bounty thread and payouts will be marked on the bounty.
ONGOING TRANSLATIONS CAMPAIGN: 10%
While being the global company solving worldwide energy problems, WePower aims to make our content available for WePower supporters around the globe.
The participants will receive main WePower documents (white paper, summary, token model), main videos (project intro, token model description, walkthrough), supporting videos (QA question videos and other videos produced during the period from the 1st of December 2017 to 14th of February 2018), Facebook posts, ads, articles and announcements to translate to their local languages, and will be paid for their work in WPR tokens.
We are looking for translations to the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, Hindi, Vietnamese. Polish, Russian
Each translated word will earn you 1 stake
Every translation work is subject to review and bad quality translations will not be rewarded. We expect turnaround times under 24 hours for every article, weekly update, PR news, new ads and videos. Members constantly and faster delivering high quality translations will be rewarded extra from the Quality Pool. AmaZix will keep the track of content delivery across the languages.
